I use only proven best practices, ethical and effective tools, and research-proven techniques. I am HIPAA-compliant and follow state licensing laws and professional associations' ethical standards.
I have training in the Gottman Method, as well as Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Sex Therapy.
I work with clients to create a custom plan based on their unique personalities, values, needs, and goals. My eclectic approach is empathic and supportive, practical and effective.

I identify as a cisgender heterosexual in a monogamous marriage, but please don't hold that against me. I am an affirming advocate for all folxs and types of relationships. I have received training from the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE) and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).
